Article II. INSTALLATION OF CULVERTS |
§ 10-25. City installation assistance.
If a resident requests the city for assistance in the installation process, the following rules and regulations are hereby set out:
(1)
The resident will furnish the appropriate amount of reinforced concrete pipe or corrugated polyethylene pipe. In addition, the resident shall pay the city, for the installation of the culvert according to the fee schedule maintained on file in the city secretary's office.
(2)
The public works department will install the culvert properly and cover the pipe with 1½-inch processed post oak gravel.
